Relaxed atmosphere, cute staff, really good breakfast and dinner, delicious roast beef, excellent lunch service, beautiful surroundings.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel that was pretty good. The location was amazing with fine scenery and serene surroundings. The hotel facilities were of a high standard including a spa and swimming pool which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were hospitable, and their warm welcome made me feel at home. the breakfast spread was delicious with a wide range of items to choose from.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Nestled in the mountains amidst pristine lakes and beautiful landscapes, this hotel is a charming treasure. the rooms are well-appointed with comfortable amenities, including a relaxing spa that is perfect after a long day exploring the area. the on-site restaurant serves excellent local cuisine with a touch of love. the hotel staff are welcoming and made us feel like home.
The hotel lacks accessibility for people with mobility issues, with a few steps to access the spa area.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time. The views of the surrounding mountains and lake were stunning. The food was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and offered to bring our meals to our room on a few occasions. The spa was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby slopes.
There were no major issues during our stay, although the wifi connection was a bit spotty at times. the decor of the rooms could use a bit of updating.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the beautiful Christmas decorations and the cozy ambiance of the hotel. the stunning views of the mountains and nearby lake were a real treat. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot cocoa and mulled wine in the lobby. the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. the spa facilities were clean and relaxing, and the massage was great.
The food was disappointing. the Christmas dinner was overpriced and lacked flavor.
